Tech Daddy Digital

Terms of Use

Effective October 29, 2026

These terms cover Cuebot, the desktop app made by Tech Daddy Digital, and this website. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use them.

The software

Cuebot is released under the MIT License. That licence, included with every copy of Cuebot, sets out what you may do with the software. Nothing on this page takes rights away that the licence gives you.

Cuebot is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Tech Daddy Digital is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use, including interrupted streams, lost data or actions taken on your accounts by automations you set up. Keep backups (Cuebot can make them for you) and test new actions before you rely on them live.

Your accounts and third-party services

Cuebot connects to services you choose, such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Rumble, OBS, donation platforms, text-to-speech and AI providers. Your use of each service stays subject to that service’s own terms and policies. You are responsible for what your actions and automations do on your accounts, including following each platform’s rules on bots, chat and moderation.

Cuebot uses YouTube API Services. By using Cuebot’s YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s Privacy Policy applies to what YouTube receives.

When you use your own API keys or developer apps with Cuebot, any charges and limits from those providers are yours.

Acceptable use

Do not use Cuebot to spam, harass, evade platform bans or rate limits, or break the law or any platform’s rules.

Privacy

How Cuebot and this website handle data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will also be noted in Cuebot’s release notes.
